How it works

Book online in a couple of minutes, then choose how you get your kit: collect it yourself any time, or we'll deliver it and collect it afterwards.

1. Choose your bundle and dates Add a bundle to your basket, pick your dates and pay online. Your hire covers up to 4 days.

2. Choose collection or delivery At checkout, pick one:

• Self-collect (free): any time, day or night, from our storage at Potters Field, St Albans AL3 6LJ.
• Delivery and collection: £45 within 5 miles, £60 within 10 miles. Add setup for £20. We'll message you to agree a morning or afternoon slot.

3. Your deposit hold A few days before your hire, we place a refundable hold on your card for the security deposit. It isn't taken, and we release it once the kit is back and checked. Please keep the amount available.

4. Getting your kit

• Collecting: in the week of your event, we send your door code and setup guide. The Dave 12 subwoofer weighs around 30 kg, so bring someone to help you load it.
• Delivery: we drop it off at the agreed time. If you've added setup, we'll set it up, test it with your phone and show you how it works.

5. Enjoy your event Plug in a phone, a laptop or a DJ controller. Any questions, message us on WhatsApp on 07378 959228.

6. Returning it

• Collecting: bring it back to the storage by the end of your hire.
• Delivery: we collect it at the agreed time.

Either way, your deposit hold is released once the kit is checked.

Good to know: collect after 5pm and return before 12pm, and the extra days are free.

FAQs

Do I need a car? For self-collect, yes. The Dave 8 Roadie fits in any car boot, and the Dave 12 fits in most. No car? Choose delivery and we'll bring it to you.

Where is the storage? Potters Field, St Albans AL3 6LJ. Your door code arrives the week of your event, and you can collect any time, day or night.

What if something looks damaged? Stop and send us a photo on WhatsApp before you use it. You won't be charged for anything you report before your event.
